I frequently use Door Dash, and haven't experienced many of the issues reported, but i have trouble figuring out how the quantity selection works if you want to buy more than one of the same item. On uber Eats, it's a simple picker that you swipe up or down, but on ?Door Dash, it's different.

The last time I ordered from Wendy's there was a button after you choose the type of bun that said lettuce. I thought that meant I wanted lettuce on my burger, but when I got the burgers they were wrapped in lettuce, and no bun. This was with Uber Eats, and wasn't their fault, it was the way that Wendy's produced the menu, as the layout was the same with Door Dash.

I just installed seamless here in cincinnati.  It seems to have pretty much
the same restaurant choices as grub hub.  I haven't tried ordering anything

I use the seamless app on a regular basis.  It is very accessible.
The descriptions are very good on the restaurants and the items on the
menus.
The only issues I've found are rating after delivery, and when
getting support through the chat feature, you cannot read what you've
wrote after it's sent, only what the agent writes.
I've submitted feedback to them.
