Oh, wow, I have a first generation iPhone SE showing maximum capacity of 66 percent and still showing as supporting normal peak performance. The maximum capacity on my iPhone 7 is 78 percent, and it is also showing supporting normal peak performance. And, grin, no, as I've mentioned before, what with living out in the country and not near a place to do so, I don't plan to replace the batteries on them. I'm just trying to get the most I can out of them before I break out my newer iPhones and use them on a regular basis. I do have them backed up and ready to go, as the battery life on these older phones is now lasting less and less time between charges, as well as often very suddenly dropping 20 percent or more at a time and sometimes just shutting off altogether. Thus, when I go out for more than just a few minutes, I take both phones with me just in case.
