You have to write the individual app developers as they are the ones who have to make sure their apps are compatible with the version of iOS they say works. If Audible says it runs on iOS 11 and above and it does not work correctly on iOS 13 then Audible has to fix it and not Apple.

Remember, it is not just Audible, it is four apps over the last two days. I don't remember what two of them were, I deleted them. The fourth one, Shazam, will still work with the version that was on my phone, but it will not update. I probably will write Apple Support later today.
