Kevin, With hands free turned off, does Voiceover work correctly for you when you launch the Alexa app? Amazon has had definite issues with their apps not working as expected for Voiceover users. With the recent update to the Amazon Music app, I had to go into settings and turn off microphone access for that app to get Voiceover working correctly. Apparently, VoiceOver users need to be prepared for an ongoing trial and error process where certain Amazon apps are concerned.
