Hello Richard: Thanks for that information. What I’ve learned from all of this is that in case you need it it’s a good idea to have your windows or Mac computer running the latest iTunes in case you need it. As far as the thing about having antivirus software turned off, I had to do this when I was doing installation of an iPhone 6 Plus a year and a half ago as it was not complete until I did this. So as a progression that’s what I’ve suggested people might want to do.
I wonder what kind of problems I’m going to have updating my wife’s iPhone if she decides to buy an iPhone 13? She at this point has an iPhone 11.
