I thought at first that Duo Lingo wasn't allowing me to enter text, as I just got that bonking noice every time I pressed a letter. I now know it is accepting the text but, as you say, you can't see what you have written to correct your mistakes. I do hope they sort it soon as I have made amazing progress in learning German over the last year using this app. Alison
