I haven't joind their Twitter or Facebook, but perhaps I should as I don't know how to contact them via e-mail. I haven't suffered the sluggishness though. I often dip into "discuss" when I'm unclear why my answer hasn't been accepted and wonder how can you contribute to discussions? Are these people using the app on their PCs I wonder? Alison
