Same here, we have Honeywell thermostat with the TCC app and it works great. It’s all about the app, I never touch the thermostat on the wall. Works great and you can use it independently. Oh yes, also we have Alexa connected so we can tell Alexa to set the temperature to a particular number and she does it for you. Great stuff Dan
