I had the Kyocera phone sometime ago. It was pretty accessible. The buttons 
were easy to get to and then if I. He did not talk at the time but I was able 
to make and receive calls on that phone. I also found that the phone had a 
pretty good size battery pack on it as well. It was also really durable. I 
would recommend that your friend considering
