Hi, YOu can set up a focus on a schedule. For instance, I have Do Not Disturb turn on automatically at 11 PM and turn off automatically at 8 AM. You can also turn one on for an hour, so I haven't tried this, but you could tell Siri to turn it on for 3 hours or some such.
