Go to settings then notifications and look at each app making sure you have "announce notification" off. Check if you have banners enabled for each notification, you may. Some apps let you set them so they deliver notifications quietly so check that out. Some let you deliver time sensitive notifications so check that out. Make sure your focus is set to not allow any notifications if you want that.
