Hi,
Do you have your microphone permissions enabled? I've noticed that VO will go to the ear piece when the microphone is disabled.

I am hoping it is okay to ask this here. Every time I launch the Amazon Alexa App, the Voice Over volume drops so low I can't hear it very well. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, what should I do to maybe fix it where the volume is the same once the app is launched as it is the rest of the time. I tried to find an answer to this on the internet, but had no luck.
