I have tried all of the suggestions and it is still happening. The easiest fix
is to do what Richard suggested by opening the app switcher and clicking on the
Alexa App again.

if you turn handsfree on in the app it fixes it, no need to open it and go to
app switcher etc.

I am hoping it is okay to ask this here. Every time I launch the Amazon Alexa
App, the Voice Over volume drops so low I can't hear it very well. Has anyone
experienced this issue and if so, what should I do to maybe fix it where the
volume is the same once the app is launched as it is the rest of the time. I
tried to find an answer to this on the internet, but had no luck.
