My problems have not been as serious as yours, Janet. And Siri seems to be doing so much better on the iPad than on my phone. Although I just now asked it to launch music, and instead of doing that, it started playing the book I was reading last night with voice dream reader. I understand how the double magic tap thing can get confused and play the wrong thing sometimes. But why Siri thought I wanted to hear a book when I told it to launch the music app is quite beyond me. Quality control not. The other annoying thing is the unwanted an inappropriate insertion of punctuation when you’re dictating. For instance, in this message, it decided to insert a comma between voice and dream for voice dream reader. I did not pause. It had no reason to do that. There must be a setting somewhere that I need to find to shut that stupid thing off. maybe this will help some people, but I’ve been doing dictation for a long time, and I know how to pause. So, I hope there’s a toggle that I just need to find.
