In case you didn't see my other message, I'd try to reset network settings; you even might want to turn off your phone, open the SIM tray a bit and push it backin (no need to take it out completely). Actually I'd try the SIM tray thing first, my Mom once took her cellular data capable iPad to Germany when she was visiting family. She bought a local SIM there with a bunch of data so she could use the iPad to send emails, use Facetime and such and at one point nothing which required an online connection worked. I told her to take the SIM out and put it back in and bingo, all was back to normal. As I said, it's something to try, it won't hurt and especially if you only pull it out half way it's quickly and easily done. If it doesn't help I'd still try to reset network settings.
