I know this is totally off topic, but I don't know who to ask. I am helping a friend with the NLS humanware ereader. I know some here have been using it for some time. We don't have them in MI yet so I can't call my library. Anyway, sorry but need help.
We have been successful getting the machine on her wifi. Now we are trying to access BARD through the online services. When she enters NLS Bard it says to enter her credentials but when she enters on that it shows the username in garbled nonsense, and says ok underneath and when entering on OK it goes back to enter credentials. IPhone and iPad both have BARD working perfectly. We have turned it off and back on many times, and it does the same thing. As it is the username we're having problems with the password, when we can get to it, won't work obviously. Any thoughts?
