Are you using WiFi? Check if it is enabled?
If you are, You could also, in an attempt to narrow down the issue with
your phone, turn off Mobile Data to see over an interval of time, if
that has any effect. .

I don't know if I could stream radio stations on my watch, as I've not
tried it. Again, so far, this has been with stations on both Ootunes
and TuneIn.
