I do not have any real-world exsperience myself, but others have said that
one needs to have some vision in order to get it to work properly.

Fred, we haven't done anything more to specifically address the needs of
blind users. If this version on more platforms brings in enough money to
fund it, we have plans on the drawing board to do so.
