Yes, from the sounds of the first email, I inferred it was fully accessible to 
a blind person. I note, too, there are in-app voice upgrades of $2.99 each.

I have a similar concern to Fred. When you read the description of the app, it 
suggests that would be functional for totally blind users given that it is 
possible to get speech output of what is scanned. We need to be clear in the 
advertising  for this product that additional work needs to be done to make it 
fully accessible for those of us who cannot see. Thank you.
