Christopher:
I did do the over-the-air upgrade so if someone can point me to a
step-by-step, detailed how-to and I mean exact steps on how to run iTunes
with Jaws and Windows-XP and then how to re-do the upgrade, I will
re-install just to have this feature back. I even sat in a conference call
listening to how to use iTunes, but when I looked at it on my computer
nothing looked at all like I heard it described. Think I need hand holding
if I am ever going to use iTunes, but if over-the-air is going to do this to
my phone, then I guess I better find someone who wants to hold hands!

I haven't tried this myself, but I seem to recall there was some
speculation that this just happened with people who did an over the air
update as opposed to people that installed IOS 6 from iTunes.
