Hi Feliciano,  I'm glad you got screen recognition active in Amazon Music and are now experiencing what I was no doubt poorly communicating. I agree that the Amazon Music app needs accessibility improvements and thank you for writing them with your comments.  I'm finding that whenever I encounter an app that seems to have controls or buttons that VoiceOver isn't speaking, that going to the rotor and turning screen recognition on for that app often gives me much better results. It makes a difference in what VoiceOver speaks on my iPhone 13 Mini running iOS 16.6.
