Sorry, just realized you said in the subject line it's an Apple Watch so obviously plugging in a headset isn't an option. Once again, setting the volume low enough is what I do, but my wife also sleeps through almost anything so not too hard to do. I wish the haptic time feedback was reliable, but especially lately on my Apple Watch 5 I rarely even get it to work.
