Do any of you have the number for Verizon? I have the disability number, but I 
don't think that is the number that I need. I think I just need the regular 
Verizon Customer Service line.

Try asking someone who you know has the same phone carrier as you.
Ask them if they have the option  to toggle the caller ID on or off.

Ok I just tried to toggle on the caller ID again, and now I got a message 
saying I can't save caller ID settings, the only option I get then is to 
dismiss the caller ID settings.
