Hello Mary,

I am certain that the model I purchased is not an Amazon TV for the screen
reader is definitely not Alexa.

Based on the model's UI, I suspect that the OS is some variant of Android.

Mark

Hi Mark,
I’m really curious what screen reader is in that TV. That is to say, what
operating system is it running? I was thinking maybe it’s running Alexa and the
Amazon system, because I know insignia did or does make some Amazon TV. So
might it be that?
