Hello Mary, I am certain that the model I purchased is not an Amazon TV for the screen reader is definitely not Alexa.
Based on the model's UI, I suspect that the OS is some variant of Android. That is to say, what operating system is it running? I was thinking maybe it’s running Alexa and the Amazon system, because I know insignia did or does make some Amazon TV. So might it be that?
