Hi, I hate to carry 2 membership subscriptions but I might have to do so at least until it’s time to renew Instacart and then it’ll be hard to decide whether or not to keep it. I wish things weren’t so difficult with them. Thanks for the tip about Shipt. If you achieve any success reporting things to Instacart please tell us all about it. So far, I’ve done email, phone, X platform and all have yielded no good results sadly.

I’m still wrestling with the inability to search for products beyond those which Instacart recommends for replacement options. Some have said they can find a search button with screen recognition turned on but I cannot reproduce this at all running iOS 17.5.1 and the latest version of the Instacart app which by me is version 8.26.0 34014. I’m sorry to hear yet another thing has broken. This is very disheartening and since grocery procurement is such a vital pert of life it saddens me that many of the consumer orgs don’t pay more attention to such matters.
