Well, if you had any recordings in your iPhone's music library of nature sounds you wanted to use, the built in Alarm in the clock app can play anything you want from your library. When you double tap on the alarm sound, you should find an option to play a song from your library. Otherwise, I believe anna suggested NatureSpace,.
