Yes, it is in the App Store and you can download it for free and you have access to several free sounds right after you download it but if you want more you have to either subscribe or by the sounds all a cart However however, the ones that are available for Free seem really good and you can just play the track to listen to it or you can go into the app and set a time for it to stop playing or an alarm for it to start playing like a wake up alarm
