I remember this was discussed earlier, but tonight when I had to uninstall and reinstall an app in hopes of fixing its problem, I was unable to use either drag and drop or the very old method for putting the app back in the right folder. The Apple rep saw that I was doing everything correctly, but she didn’t see that any problem had been reported. I haven’t yet gotten the case number to tell you guys if you wanted to add to it. I hope they fix this soon.I know this was discussed earlier, but tonight I had to delete an app and reinstall to get it working again, and ended up having to get a neighbor to move the app into the Wright folder because drop and drag didn’t work and with the Apple rep on the phone I couldn’t do it the old way either.
