With the newer phones I believe you have to use one or the other. Howa, not using a passcode or face ID is really a bad thing. Face ID is not that hard to get used to and really helps in regards to not having to type in passwords because face ID can be used instead of your password. I like face ID when it comes to my finacial apps. I just sign in with face ID and away I go and can check anything I need. Good luck. Sent from my quantum phone!!
