If you run your fingers along the top of the screen, you should see: call in progress if you do not, then  open the Phone app and then scroll to the top and it should be there at that point once you see Call in  progress, you double  tap that and then, if the keyboard is not visible, you'll need to double tap The show keypad button, which should be on the screen somewhere then the keyboard, or rather, the keypad should be visible button On May 10, 2026, at 3:07 PM, kay.malmqu...@gmail.com wrote:  Hi all, When my son calls me, I need to enter in some numbers in order to connect with him.  Sometimes when he calls, the phone key pad does not show up.  I have looked at the top of the screen to see if I can find something like call in progress to get to a key pad, but nothing.  Is there a setting that will make the phone key pad pop up when I receive a call?  This doesn’t always happen, but mostly happens if I am in an app like email or something like that.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks much.
