| I think I figured it out. I went into the phone app and it said calling, and that was set to badges. I set it to full screen. Now, when the phone rings, the screen pops up and the keypad is present. And the beauty of it is is he can still dismiss it if you want to. So it looks like all is well. Thanks a bunch. -- Hi Kay, A friend of mine called me with a similar question a few days ago. Go to Settings >> apps > phone. In the Phone’s app settings, you should see something called Incoming Calls. Double tap on Incoming Calls and make sure it’s set to full screen instead of banners. Hopefully that should do the trick. Sometimes when he calls, the phone key pad does not show up. I have looked at the top of the screen to see if I can find something like call in progress to get to a key pad, but nothing.
