Hi Bill,

As David said, the built-in receiver works very well. I have a 4S with 32
GB, and I have lots of maps on my phone. It works just fine. I haven't put
the whole US on there because I don't need it. You download the maps you
need. I haven't ever had trouble, so don't know about support. I can't
think it would cost, however, if you needed it.

It's easy to use. There have been some great general instructions posted
here which can be found in the archives.

In my opinion, it's a great app if you don't have unlimited data especially,
though I would use it even if I did.

Take care,
Lois

Subject: Basic Questions on Navigon

Perhaps there is an URL with the information I'm looking for, but I still
want to be certain that I have answers to the following questions:

1) Does this app require an independent GPS receiver?

2) If so, is there a list of compatible such devices?

3) Can a user manual and/or user guide be found online?

4) If so, where?

5) What is the nature of technical support?

6) Is there additional cost for technical support if such exists?

7) Will this app function efficiently on an iPhone 5 with 32 Mb memory?

Thanks
