Hi Marissa,

What version of iOS do you have? If Apple thinks your problem may be
resolved in iOS 6, then you can just upgrade your phone if you haven't done
so yet.

I assume iOS 6.1 will be released in the next 3-4 weeks or so, nobody really
knows of course, but as per Rob from the Today in iOS Podcast they are on
the third or fourth Beta and that was before Christmas. I'd expect they
release the Goldmaster of iOS 6.1 in the next couple of weeks and then the
public release should follow pretty quick.

Regards,

Sieghard

Subject: Re: My iphone 4s

I just received an email from Apple Accessibility stating that the issues i
am having sound like they are "ios" related so my question is: since I know
that all iphone's now come with IOS 6.0.1 should I go and get my Phone
replaced, seeing as this is an IOS issue and would it make any difference?
does anyone know when ios 6.1 is set to be released
