Try the Alarmed app. There's a free version which, I think, is pretty
much full-featured. The pay upgrade adds more alarm sounds. I use it
to set appointments for the second Wednesday of each month and it
works perfectly. It also has a number of other options like pre-alarm
settings, nag or short-term repeat options, etc. And, it is very VO friendly.
