Hi, Try pressing the home button 3 times and see if it turns on the VO. It seems like some people had it and some people didn't. From what I hear, Apple may not have that setup out of the box anymore. You can do yourself a favour and install Itunes. I will not be available today but someone for sure can walk you through turning VO on using ITunes.

At times at&t 3g was slow but not too many instances of that happening. My final question deals with battery life. Is battery life comparable between the 4S and the 5? Gosh, i hope the 5 isn't worse than the 4s. Any help will be greatly welcomed.
