Hi,

I don't think so.  I would seriously doubt AT&T would sell you a phone with out 
first restoring it to factory default.  Sure, I guess all it would take is one 
sloppy employee or, an uninformed previous owner but, this is just so unlikely, 
its not worth thinking about in my opinion.
