Perhaps this was covered in a previous posting, so I apologize in advance.
Do you use the back or front-facing camera while in Tap Tap See?

Am important factor you are missing is the fact that you will often have to
very steadily hold the phone's camera next to the object for about 5 to 7
seconds before it speaks. Don't forget lighting, distance, etc. Try first
experimenting with very, very common object such as cereal boxes and other
flat objects as DVD covers of popular movies. Other apps such as TapTapSee
are more responsive.
