The Apple VO command to activate the home button with any braille display is h chorded with the space bar. That is dots 1 2 5 space bar.
To activate touch typing, you first need to open an edit field. You can then turn the rotor to typing and single-finger vertical flick to touch typing. Press home twice to enter the app switcher. use a three-finger flick left to right to move to page 2. Portrait lock will be one of the choices on the bottom of the display.
