Neal, If you make a contact for yourself, and put the following in the phone number field, does it work?
Phone number,(comma) passcode Or Phone number;(semi colon) pass code. What the comma will do is put a pause in, you can put many commas to extend the pause. If you use the semi colon, once the phone number has been dialed, it will prompt you to hit a button on the screen to have the passcode dialed. The only way to dial extensions is either to include them into a saved number for a contact or, if the extension changes, you have to dial it manually on the keypad after the call connects.
