Make sure you're in an edit field, then use the roter to get to the
typing mode option. Now flick up or down to toggle between standard and
touch typing.

How can I tell Siri that I want to dial a phone number plus an
extension? I have tried saying the number, then 'comma', then the
extension, but that doesn't do it. If I programmed it in, I suppose
I could tell her to call the person, but sometimes you can't plan an
extension ahead of time.
