Hi, There is a difference in terminology here. The ring tone with AT&T as I've said can be just under 40 seconds. How long the carrier waits before sending the call off to Voice Mail is a different animal and apparently you can change the standard four rings to a higher number by calling your carrier and requesting that change in many cases.
