I have to agree that I got rid of an iPod touch 4, as I found the sound too poor to work with. Ok, hearing is not my strong suit, so the device had to be. so the Mini does it so far.

This app you would have to buy and then you have to buy voices separately, most are $1.99 and a few are $2.99.
