Cristóbal, I wonder if FeedHQ might interest you. It may indeed be cross-platform. It is open source and has a very accessible Web interface. The Feeddler app supports FeedHQ accounts. True, there is a cost: $12/year, a most reasonable fee. Also, it may well be that The Old Reader will stay public after all. Time will tell. FeedHQ can be found at http://www.feedhq.org.
