Sidebar is like a pop out window, it is basicly, like the name suggest, a
sidebar that add on to the screen of a program. often found on Skype for IPad,
where you can have the main home screen, and if you double tap on certain
thing, say starting a conversation with someone, a sidebar occur.
Same as pop up, which is something that is on IPads but not on the IPhones.
usually it serve the purpose of selecting an option within options.

To access the rotor setting, is the same as how you access voiceover setting.
go to setting; general; accessibility; voiceover.

Not sure by your screen sensativity question. I have not encounter such problem
to say the least. Perhaps is the way you use some of the gestures.

To activate touch typing, go to rotor; eddit; typing mode; and chooose between
standard typing or touch typing. depends on how you set it up, typing mode can
be one of the rotor option.

Foulder can be create, but it takes practice and also good screen orientation.
