I think the Apps Store is having issues and will continue to do so until the crush from iOS 7 and its latest iteration wanes. Once again, the Apps Store shows no upgrade badge number on my iPhone 5 even though at last count with no upgrades initiated by me, I had 46 apps with upgrades available.
