Hi Craig, You could use any of many many conversion utilities. You can also use iTunes, just go to Preferences and make sure you select MP3 as the encoder under Import Settings which is in the General Tab. Then if you add the folder which contains your voice memos to your music library, you can just right click on the vpoice memo and select "Create MP3 version".
