Regina, You might try resetting your modem and router. I have had incidences in which some of the many wifi devices around here get kicked off of wifi and they won't go back on it. During that same time, other devices work fine on wifi. When this happens, I turn off the router and modem, for a minute or two, and turn them back on. It usually works for me. HTH, Scott Duck
