If the blind person wants to use said premium service, the blind person can pay 
for unlimited pictures, or the blind person can acquire the training to improve 
their skills so that they do not need to use so many pictures. This is, in 
fact, solely the blind person's responsibility.

And, such can be trained to blind people. I know because I have done such 
training myself. As a private tech trainer, I am rather expensive. Then again, 
I figure out how each client learns and train each person based on how they 
learn rather than following a generic manual. In other words, mine is a premium 
service, and people who hire me pay a premium price because they want the 
customised training.
