Alex and Dawn,

We are actually compiling a list of tips and tricks to improve the quality 
of the pictures that our users are taking. That list will be added to our 
website. I have already shared some of the tips in a thread titled, "Taking 
Pictures With TapTapSee." Feel free to add some of your own tips to it. I 
think that if everyone gives their secret to getting the best 
identification, then we'll have a truly valuable resource available for 
everyone.

Also, Alex, I'd like to say that I'm happy that you understand our
