Hi, I think this is the right link. However, before you rush out and buy it, please be aware that this is not working for me now since the upgrade to version seven of the iOS. I don't know which version you are running, regardless of that, I am loath to suggest someone buy something that is no longer working for me. This was very good in its time! When I searched in the App Store to find it, I discovered there are hundreds of QR code reader apps and the vast majority of them are free. Perhaps, the way to go would be to try some of these free ones first?
